Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• 7-Day Custom Songs: Full refund within 2 hours of order; 50% refund within 2–24 hours; no refund after 24 hours.
• 6 and 24-Hour Express Songs: Non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed.

Cancellation requests must be sent to hello@uniquysong.com. All requests are approved or declined at the company's discretion.

Refund Policy

Personalized songs cannot be resold; refunds are unavailable once production begins. No refunds for errors requiring corrections (handled free within 48 hours). Add-ons and upgrades are non-refundable.

Re-delivery or refund is provided only if delivery fails due to a company error. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.

Revisions and Small Changes

One round of small edits is available within 14 days of delivery. Major changes may incur additional fees. Requests after 14 days may be declined or charged.

Errors and Technical Issues

Corrected files are provided at no charge. No refunds are issued for technical errors that can be corrected.
